Reviews and Ratings
The room was not as expected, with a moldy smell and worn-out pool area, but it was spacious and quiet. The service was exemplary, making me feel at home with top-notch attention. The location was convenient with nearby attractions, but the resort fee was not justified. Dining was delicious with ample choices and pleasant service.
The room was a mixed experience. Despite a Resort Fee of $36+ per day, my stay felt disappointing as the room was dated, dirty, and lacked basic amenities like bathrobes and a safe. The view across Room 337 was not favorable, and the overall ambiance was dark.
The hotel rooms are great inside, equipped with large dual sink bathrooms, a dedicated shower, all the usual Westin amenities, and modern decor. We had a noisy experience for two nights in a row but appreciated the surprise for our anniversary.
